    This service is for a very detailed design plan. After an initial consultation and site measure this package will include:

    Architectural space planning

    Custom Millwork Drawings

    Electrical and Ceiling plans

    Trim, doors, hardware, accessories selections

    Plumbing and Lighting Specifications

    Material Specifications (Wood, Tile, Stone, etc.)

    Furniture layouts and recommendations

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    After your design package is finalized we will schedule site meetings during the construction process until completion. This allows for thorough communication during the building stages which leads to proper implementation.

    You can also choose to have the Designer help choose trades for the final scope discussed.
